Charlie Sheen Gives $75K to Help a Little Girl with Cancer

How often could we describe a story about Charlie Sheen as "heart-warming"? Not often. But it's hard not to like him a little more after he cut a check for $75,000 to help a little girl named Jasmine in Hermosa Beach fight cancer. According to TMZ, Sheen learned of the 10-year-old's struggle while speaking with her father, a local police officer.

Sheen told him, "No parent should have to watch their kid go through that." And the next day he wrote a check for $75,000 to the Hermosa Beach Police Association, which started a fund to help Jasmine and her family. Sheen's pal and stunt double, Eddie Braun, threw in another $25,000.
