In yet more bad news for Lindsay Lohan, the star could be facing up to 245 days in jail. On Wednesday Lindsay will be arraigned for allegedly lying to police and driving recklessly in connection with her car accident over the summer. The arraignment will likely mean LiLo's probation will be revoked. And if she's found guilty of the charges being brought against her, it could mean her biggest jail sentence ever. Of course, anyone who's followed Lohan's past legal troubles knows she's generally been released after serving only a few days of much longer sentences because of overcrowding in California jails. But this time TMZ claims the L.A. City Attorney is "out for blood," so who knows?
